Accessibility and Support Services

We are committed to providing equal access to our services for all individuals. If you need information in an alternative format, require assistance due to a disability, or need language accommodations, please let us know. We kindly ask that all accommodation requests be made at least five days in advance, and we will do our best to meet your needs as quickly as possible.

Requesting Alternative Formats:

  • Large Print: Request large print materials by contacting us at housingintake@myfinancialgoals.org or calling 888.864.8699.
  • Captioning and Sign Language: For captions on video counseling or sign language interpretation, please notify us at least 5 business days in advance via housingintake@myfinancialgoals.org or 888.864.8699.

Language, Counseling, and Accommodation Support:

  • Language Services: We offer Spanish-speaking counselors and translation services through Language Link, which provides interpreters for over 300 languages at no cost, to you.
  • Counseling Formats: We provide counseling in various formats including face-to-face, phone, and secure internet based on what best suits your needs.
  • Accommodations: We offer accommodations for sight and hearing impairments including TDD, and TTY services. 
  • For elderly or homebound clients, we offer accessibility support on an as-needed basis.
