List of Approved Credit Counseling Agencies

American Financial Solutions is approved* by the Executive Office for U.S. Trustees (EOUST)to issue certificates of credit counseling in compliance with the Bankruptcy Codes of California, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, New York, Texas, Virginia and Washington.

Bankruptcy cases in Alabama and North Carolina are not under the jurisdiction of the United States Trustee Program. Questions regarding bankruptcy cases filed should be directed to the Administrative Office of the U.S.Courts:
