American Financial Solutions Enters the Re-accreditation Process

American Financial Solutions has been accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) since 2010. Prior to that, we were accredited according to the International Organization for Standardization. AFS is proud to announce that we are preparing for re-accreditation by the COA under the Eighth Edition Standards for Private Organizations.

In February 2014, AFS will invite many or our clients and stakeholders to participate in our re-accreditation process through a survey providing feedback on our organization and programs. 

COA re-accreditation affirms that AFS meets the highest national standards of best practice and establishes our credibility as effective and professionally sound. In addition, it provides assurance to all of our stakeholders that AFS is delivering needed, high-quality services, conducting our operations successfully, and managing funds effectively. The value of accreditation can be seen in our strategic plan, program outcomes, and the client-driven services we offer.

AFS undertakes the accreditation process every four years. COA accreditation is not an end in and of itself. Rather, it is a process by which our organization can consistently strive for and achieve new levels of excellence.

To ensure a successful reaccreditation process, AFS will engage all of our stakeholders in a dialogue and self-reflection via e-mailed surveys. We thank you in advance for your participation in this important process.
