OFFICERS
Henry F. Keaton, President and CEOMr. Keaton joined American Financial Solutions as President and CEO in 2005. Under his leadership, the Seattle-based organization has expanded its services to 41 states and the District of Columbia and rebuilt key infrastructure to create a superior client experience. Prior to joining American Financial Solutions, Mr. Keaton was the Executive Director of the Dispute Resolution Center of Kitsap County. His career includes 20 years experience in the health insurance industry in the development of provider networks, strategic financial analysis and project management with such companies as Aetna, Prudential, Blue Shield and The Travelers. He spent 10 years in management consulting working with the Chicago Hospital Council and Booz, Allen Hamilton Inc.
Mr. Keaton is the Secretary of the Association of Independent Consumer Credit Counseling Agencies (AICCCA). He serves on the Board of Directors for Helpline House.
A Certified Mediator, Mr. Keaton is a member of the Dispute Resolution Section of the Washington State Bar Association, a member of the Washington Mediation Association, and Membership Secretary of Resolution Washington.
Mr. Keaton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His post-graduate studies were at DePaul University in Chicago.
Cindy R. Seremek, CPA, Treasurer, Chief Financial OfficerMs. Seremek joined American Financial Solutions as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer in May 2004. Her prior positions include senior business consulting and management with accounting firm Grant Thornton, LLP, where she worked with a variety of publicly and privately held manufacturing, distribution, real estate and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining American Financial Solutions she was the Vice President of Finance for a venture firm specializing in companies that develop Internet applications, where she oversaw the accounting functions and financial reporting for twelve companies. Her responsibilities at American Financial Solutions include management of financial and compliance staff, accounting, financial reporting, treasury functions, budgeting, business modeling and forecasting.
Ms. Seremek is a member and Past Chairman of the Not-for-Profit Committee of the Washington Society of CPAs. She is member of the American Institute of CPAs. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Soroptimist International.
Ms. Seremek earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University.
